You can return the order within 14 days, and we guarantee that the purchase amount will be credited to your account within one week.
Follow these 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Fill out the return form
Click here and fill out the return form, go through the steps, and return your item without printing required.
If there is a special reason, we can work together to find a suitable solution to better assist you.
Step 2: Send the item back
Drop off your product at the pickup point you have selected. A return shipment must be accompanied by a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back to your bank account
Once we have received the complete package, you will receive your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) back within one week.
Return conditions:
Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with labels and tags attached. The products must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reason to believe they have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
