Delivery times

• Netherlands: ordered on working days before 18:00, delivered the next working day. Ordered after 18:00, at the weekend or on a public holiday? Then your parcel ships the next working day.
• Letterbox parcels (Sleepynest, SleepyBeebi, Rest Bundle, nursing cover, Wash & Go Bag and loose accessories): within 1-2 working days, fits through the letterbox.
• Belgium: 2 working days
• Germany: 2-3 working days
• Luxembourg and France: 3 working days
• Rest of Europe: 3-6 working days
• Digital products (planners and books): in your inbox right after payment.

Need it by a fixed date? For a baby gift, baby shower or holiday: order a few days earlier and you are always safe.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping from €69.90 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• Netherlands: €4.95.
• Belgium and Germany: €5.95.
• Rest of Europe: €14.95.

Carrier

In the Netherlands, PostNL delivers your parcel. Outside the Netherlands we usually ship with FedEx. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email (check your spam folder too).

Parcel not received?

Has your tracking been stuck for 2 working days, or have you received nothing after 3 working days? Email info@mimmti.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier. Does it say "delivered" but you have nothing? First check with your neighbours and in a safe place near your door, and then email us within 48 hours.

Cooling-off period and warranty

You have 14 days to change your mind (see Returns). Our bags come with a 2-year warranty, and 5 years on the function of the Stay-Open frame of the MIMMTI 1.0 and 2.0.
