What is the delivery time of my order?
The following applies to orders within the Netherlands:
Ordered before 23:59 = delivered tomorrow (except on Sundays, then before 23:00).
Delivery times per country:
🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1 working day
🇧🇪 Belgium: 1–2 business days
🇩🇪 Germany: 2 working days
🇱🇺 Luxembourg & 🇫🇷 France: 2–3 working days
🌍 Rest of Europe: 3–6 working days
Please note: letterbox packages sometimes take a little longer than regular packages. Expect 2-3 business days.
Don't worry — you will always receive a track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, based on your location and the product you choose.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code.

Please check your spam folder or contact us. We will help you further.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
In some cases, yes — but only if your order has not yet been packed and you have not yet received a track & trace code.
Once your order has been processed and is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.
Therefore: always check your address, colour and details carefully before ordering.
Do you have any doubts? Contact us quickly. If we are still in time, we will help you immediately.
In most cases, your order will be on its way to you.

We recommend washing your diaper bag or kids bag by hand .
Use lukewarm water, mild detergent and avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
Do you still want to put the bag in the washing machine?
That is possible, but entirely at your own risk. Please note the following:
– Select the hand wash program (max. 30°C)
– Use a laundry bag
– Remove all accessories , such as stroller clips, before washing
– Do not tumble dry . Always let the bag air dry.
This way your bag retains its shape, functionality and quality.
Simply clear. Just as it should be.

Return conditions:
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with labels and tags. The products must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or are damaged through no fault of our own.
Always use your order number with a # in front of it.
Example: #15358
Without a hashtag your number will not be recognized by the system.
Returns must be reported within 14 days of purchase .
After that period, the system will automatically reject your return — unfortunately, we cannot adjust this manually.
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
It starts with a # and consists of 5 to 6 digits .

You bet. Every MIMMTI bag comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the moment of purchase.
Something breaks that is not your fault? We will fix it. No discussions, just service.
⚠️ What is not covered by the warranty?
We like to keep it fair and clear:
❌ Cracks due to daily use (we understand your struggle, but unfortunately that is wear and tear)
❌ User damage (such as a washing machine action, mud run or toddler with super powers)
❌ Misuse or creative hacks (MIMMTI is many things, but not a trampoline)
➡️ In short:
Have you used your bag normally and still a problem arises? Report to us — we will fix it.
Is the damage really caused by intensive use or something beyond our control? Then unfortunately it is not covered by the warranty.
