As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking link. Also check your spam or your "promotions" tab.

Has your tracking stood still for 2 working days, or is there still nothing after 3 working days? Email us your order number at info@mimmti.com and we'll look into it straight away.

Does it say "delivered" but you have nothing? Check with your neighbours and in a safe spot by your door. The tracking link sometimes shows a photo or a pick-up point. Still nothing? Email us within 48 hours and we'll start an investigation with the carrier.

Ordered by accident, picked the wrong colour or made a mistake in your address? Email us as soon as possible at info@mimmti.com with your order number (and for an address change: street, house number including any addition, and postcode).

As long as your parcel is still in our warehouse, we'll update it or cancel your order. If it has already been handed to the carrier, that unfortunately isn't possible any more. You can then send it back within 14 days. So email us as soon as you can: on working days your order often leaves the same day.

Tip: if you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, check which address is being sent along.

The stroller clips, bottle warmer and changing mat are inside the bag. Look carefully in all the pockets: the mat is often folded in the main compartment, the clips and bottle warmer in an inner pocket.

Does a digital planner or book come with your order? It arrives right after payment in a separate email with a download link (check your spam too).

Still missing something after checking? Email us within a week with your order number and a photo of everything that was in the bag.

Yes. Send your bag back within 14 days via our returns portal and order the colour you do want. As soon as your return arrives, you'll get your money back.

Sorry, that shouldn't happen. Email us within a week at info@mimmti.com with:

1. your order number;
2. a photo of what you received (for damage: one photo of the whole bag, one close-up, and a photo of the box).

Then we'll look into it for you.

Every MIMMTI bag comes with a 2-year warranty from purchase. For the MIMMTI 1.0 and 2.0, there is also a 5-year warranty on how the Stay-Open™ frame works.

What isn't covered:

• Wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage from packing too heavily or overloading
• Damage from washing in the washing machine or tumble dryer
• Stains, discolouration and scratches from use
• Damage from misuse or an accident

What is covered: material defects that didn't result from use. You'll usually notice a material defect within the first few weeks.

How to report it: email info@mimmti.com with your order number, photos of the whole bag and of the problem, and a short explanation of how it happened. Without an order number and photos, we can't assess your report.

Yes. NanaBeebi is the old name of MIMMTI: the same makers and the same bags. If you have a bag with the NanaBeebi logo, it's covered by our service and warranty as usual. Only buy via mimmti.com or our official stores on bol.com, Zalando and Amazon.

We answer every email within 2 working days, usually the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00. We don't read emails at the weekend or on public holidays: if you write on Saturday or Sunday, you'll hear from us by Tuesday at the latest. Heard nothing?
