Do MIMMTI bags come with a warranty?

A MIMMTI bag is made to last for years. Here you can read exactly what our warranty covers.

How long is the warranty?

• 2-year warranty on every bag, from the day of purchase.
• 5-year warranty on the function of the Stay-Open frame of the MIMMTI 1.0 and 2.0.

What is not covered?

• Normal wear from daily use.
• Damage from packing too heavily or overloading.
• Damage from washing in the washing machine or dryer.
• Stains, discoloration and scratches from use.
• Damage from incorrect use or an accident.

What is covered?

• Material defects that did not arise from use. You usually notice a material defect in the first few weeks.

How to report it

1. Take photos of the whole bag and a close-up of the problem.
2. Briefly write down how and when it arose.
3. Email everything with your order number to info@mimmti.com. Without an order number and photos, we cannot assess your report.
4. We will check whether it falls under the warranty and let you know the options within 2 working days.
