Deliver your NanaBeebi to the collection point you have chosen. A return shipment must be provided with track & tracking code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account

As soon as we have received the complete package, you will receive your purchase price (excl. shipping costs) back within one week. 

Return conditions:

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with labels and labels. The products may not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
