Every MIMMTI bag comes with a 6-month factory warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Something broken that’s not your fault? We’ll take care of it. No hassle, just service.

⚠️ What’s not covered under warranty?

We like to keep things honest and clear:

❌ Wear and tear from daily use
(we get it, but unfortunately that’s normal use)

❌ User damage
(like a spin in the washing machine, a mud run, or a toddler with superpowers)

❌ Misuse or creative hacks
(MIMMTI is many things, but it’s not a trampoline)

In short:

Used your bag normally and still ran into an issue? Get in touch — we’ll sort it out.

If the damage is clearly due to heavy use or something out of our control, then unfortunately it’s not covered under warranty.
