How long does the November Sale run?
From Saturday 31 October 23:00 until Monday 30 November. But when it's gone, it's gone: if a colour sells out, it won't be back until the end of February.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days. Please also return the free gifts that came with it. If one is missing, we deduct its value from your refund. You don't need to return the digital books.
How do I get the free gifts?
They are added to your cart automatically as soon as your deal or order total qualifies. No code needed. You get the books in your inbox right after ordering.
Can I also use a discount code?
No, during the sale our lowest prices of the year already apply. Codes don't work then.
When will it arrive?
Ordered on weekdays before 18:00, shipped the same day. Free shipping from €69,90. In the busy sale weeks it can take a day longer.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind, also during the sale. Handy for the holidays.
